Q: How long are new patient visits?
A: New patient visits typically take between 45 minutes and 2 hours. This includes time with providers, nurses and checking out.
Q: How long are follow up visits?
A: Follow ups are 30 minutes. If you want a longer follow please notify our team. We also offer 45 minute and 60 minute appointments.
Q: How long are your weight loss programs?
A: Our weight loss programs start at 12 weeks and can be extended based on patient goals.
Q: Does Biogenesis Medical & Wellness Center take insurance?
A: We do not take insurance and are considered an out of network provider. We provide you with an itemized bill containing detailed medical codes, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement or to go towards your deductible. If you have Medicare or Medicaid, you will NOT be able to submit our services for reimbursement.
Q: Do you treat cancer?
A: There are no oncologists employed by Biogenesis Medical & Wellness Center and we do not treat cancer. However, we offer several treatments to help strengthen the body’s immune system. We also offer nutritional IVs and IV vitamin C.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, credit cards (except American Express), HSA/FSA, and Apple Pay.
Q: What types of hormone replacement therapy do you offer?
A: We offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Options include pellets, creams, capsules, troches and injections.
